Howdy! I’m Vic, a coffee enthusiast on a mission to bring a little more joy into the world, one cup at a time.
After over a decade of working in tech startups, I finally decided it was time to break free and build something that truly mattered to me. I wanted a business that not only fuels my passion for coffee but also makes a positive impact on the world around us.
That’s how Saratoga Sundry was born. I envisioned a mobile shop where I could serve the perfect latte while exploring the beauty of Upstate New York and beyond. So, I went all in on a retro-inspired camper — fully electric and zero-emissions — keeping our planet happy as I serve up smiles.
When I’m not servicing up your favorite caffeinated cup, you’ll find me hiking a mountain, soaking in the beauty of nature, or paddling on a lake. My camper lets me change up the scenery and stay inspired.
